HSE Management Platform includes the PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) module for Risk Analysis Process to develop and / or collect any information on the identification, evaluation and control of hazardous conditions.
Design and functionalities adapted to the specifications of each company.The modular design of this web tool allows the addition of functional elements in accordance to the company specification. The tool is supported by a data base with integrated and related information, with reference to all modules.
Process Hazard Analysis
This module allows performing work place risk assessments in a systematic way based on a check list. As well, it is designed to allow uploading files from other risk analysis methodologies and therefore register and control of improvement actions derived from process hazards analyses.
This module has two main purposes: In first place providing a tool to perform workplace risk assessment and in second place manage the files and outcome of other risk analysis studies made with any suitable software such as ZHA, PHA Pro, HazOptimizer, etc.
- In relation to the workplace risk assessment, the purpose is to define the necessary templates to allow performing the evaluations directly into the system thus having all necessary actions well defined for its follow-up.
- In relation with other risk analysis methodologies and scopes, templates may be defined if required to assess specific risk, i.e. Thermal Process Safety Risks. Otherwise, the files obtained from risk analysis sessions using a MSOffice platform or any other relevant software can be uploaded.
Input of risk reduction measures can be done thus defining the necessary follow-up schedule.
