HSE Management Platform permits the management of training actions in the company, through the planning of the initial periodical training of each employee, programming the training sessions, the assignation of employees in these actions, the management of training registries, as well as for attendance.

It permits the display of the lists selecting the area according to the user’s needs, for an efficient follow-up of the programmed training, assigned and performed.

Training

The training module is conceived as a key point to control and plan the necessary training of employees regarding the workplace/job position to which they are assigned and the risk identified. It is important to assure that every employee has the necessary initial training to work in a safe way since the first day of being assigned to a workplace. As well, refreshment training must be planned.

Mentoring can also be planned and controlled.

Temporary employees are also included.

Third parties are managed through the coordination module of subcontractors.

Display options include crossed matrix of employees and workplaces, workplaces and risk, employees and training received, employees and planned training. Others can be defined.
